We pride ourselves in providing great service and beautiful products.
If however you are not completely satisfied we will give you a money back guarantee within 12 hours from the time you or the recipient receives the flowers.
The refund policy does not apply to any goods that have been altered or damaged.
The product must be in the same condition as when received.
Any goods damaged during delivery will happily be refunded or replaced .
Shipping
For same day delivery order needs to be placed by 1:00pm.
All flowers and gifts are delivered with upmost care.
Delivery charges are determined by suburb and will be added to your order before processing.
If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product it will be left in a safe , weather protected spot..
If incorrect delivery details are given or we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates or barking dogs , we may need to return to product to our store and contact you to re arrange delivery which will incur a re delivery fee.
